Visit to the Lyde Garden, a sunken aquatic garden created by former cabinet minister Lord Carrington, opposite his family home, and the Manor House garden, his private garden. The Lyde was designed by Robert Adams. There is a walled kitchen garden, water garden, parterres and sculptures. Introductory talk by Head Gardener/Lord Carrington.

Time: 10 30am. Toilet facilties, inc. for disabled, but garden has lots of steps which may be problematical for wheelchair users. Minimum 20. Members: £12; Guests £17 including tea/coffee and slice of cake.
